Snake 3D: Warp Strike
Privacy Policy
Effective: 21 September 2026
Overview
This policy explains what information Snake 3D: Warp Strike uses when you play the game, request an optional WarpCast match recap, submit a leaderboard score, and view an optional rewarded advert.
Optional WarpCast match recaps
After a Solo or Challenge round, you can choose to generate a short WarpCast match recap. A request is sent only when you press the Generate Match Recap button. The game sends match facts such as mode, score, result, relevant kills and warps, revives used, and limited comeback or Challenge-attempt information to Firebase AI Logic and Google’s Agent Platform Gemini API so the recap can be generated.
The WarpCast request does not include your leaderboard display name, email address, or the public leaderboard. App Check may process device and connection information to protect the service from abuse. One AI request is permitted for each completed round.
Challenge progress and attempts
The game stores progress and preferences on your device. This includes unlocked Challenge levels, completed objectives, best Challenge ranks, medals, and a per-level count of attempts, wins, losses, quits, and failed attempts. These per-level attempt counts allow the game to recognise locally when a player may be stuck on a level.
Challenge medal progress is also stored privately in Cloud Firestore under the game’s anonymous installation identifier. This includes the unlocked level, best medal for each level, total Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, and whether the permanent Platinum medal has been earned. It is used to preserve achievement progress and measure how rare the Platinum achievement is. It is not shown on the public leaderboard and does not include a name or email address.
Detailed Challenge attempt, win, loss, quit, and failed-attempt counts remain on your device and are not uploaded. Clearing the game’s app or site data removes the local copy.
Leaderboard information
If you save a score, the game records the display name and country flag you choose, together with game information such as your score, time, kills, warps, game mode, and the date and time of submission.
This information is used to operate, rank, and display the leaderboard. Leaderboard entries may be visible to other players. Please use a nickname and do not enter your real name, email address, phone number, or other personal information as your display name.
Device information submitted with a score
When you submit a leaderboard score, the game also records coarse information about the device and browser used for that submission. This includes general device type (such as phone, tablet, or desktop), operating system, browser, screen and game-window dimensions, pixel density, and touch capability. The game does not store the full browser user-agent string.
Device information is used for internal purposes, such as understanding which devices players use, checking compatibility, improving performance, and diagnosing technical issues. It is stored with the submitted leaderboard record but is not displayed in the leaderboard table.
The shared leaderboard is provided directly from its database to authenticated game sessions. Although device information is not displayed in the game, it is stored in the same leaderboard record and may be technically readable by people using the game. Do not submit a score if you do not wish to share this information.
Where leaderboard data is stored
The game may save leaderboard information and preferences in your browser or on your device. Device information may also be held temporarily in the browser while a score is waiting to be sent. When the game is connected to Firebase, leaderboard entries and their associated device information are sent to and stored in Cloud Firestore.
You can remove locally stored information by clearing the game’s site or app data. To request removal of a shared leaderboard entry and its associated device information, use the developer support contact shown on the game’s website or store listing and include the display name and approximate submission date.
Google AdMob in the mobile apps
The Android and iOS apps may use Google AdMob rewarded adverts for optional extra lives. An advert is requested only when the player chooses the extra-life option and the app is permitted to request adverts.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your device or advertising identifiers, IP address, general location, device and browser information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. This information may be used to deliver adverts, measure their performance, prevent fraud, and—where you allow it—personalise advertising.
Where required, the game will ask for your consent or offer privacy choices before using information for personalised advertising. You can learn more from Google’s advertising privacy information.
Data sharing
Leaderboard information is shared as needed to provide the leaderboard. Device information is not shown in the game’s leaderboard table, but is stored in the same shared leaderboard record as described above. Optional WarpCast match facts are shared with Google only when you request a recap. Advertising information may be shared with Google and its advertising partners when an advert is requested. The game does not require you to create an account or provide an email address to play.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the game’s features or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
